"The book I'd like to force into any mother's kitchen' - Prue Leith
"Emily has managed to combine her mummy knowledge and passion for food to make a truly helpful and brilliant cookbook" - Priya Tew, RD, BSc (Hones), Msc
Emily founded A Mummy Too in 2011, born out of a love of family, food and photography. As a busy consultant with projects across a number of industries, the blog began as a place to celebrate that as well as all that, she is a mummy too. The blog grew at an incredible rate and in 2013, after a lot of plate spinning and one big deep breath, Emily left a 12-year career in digital marketing behind to write about food and lifestyle full-time. Today, A Mummy Too is the place to come for daily recipes (there are currently over 500 in the recipe index), tips and video guides for anyone who believes a shortage of spare time shouldn't mean you can't enjoy beautiful, delicious things.
Emily is in constant demand with high profile clients and regularly works with brands including Heinz, Skippy Peanut Butter, Princes (including their Love Canned Food online festival), Arla and Welsh Lamb as well as on charity campaigns with the likes of Betty Crocker X Macmillan, Mars Foods X The Trussell Trust and the Heinz X Global Radio Magic Breakfast campaign. In the travel space, partnerships have included Maserati, Virgin Trains, Hilton and various resorts and family friendly destinations, from Wales to Jamaica.
